Kelsey A. Hopkins

Hello, and welcome to my website! I am a PhD Candidate at Michigan State University in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics (AFRE). My major field is Food and Agricultural Economics. In my research, I combine quantitative and qualitative methods to explore niche agricultural markets, specifically the US domestic halal meat market.

I am on the job market for the 2022-2023 season. I am available for interviews virtually on demand and will be at the Agricultural & Applied Economics Association Annual Meeting, July 31-August 2, 2022, Anaheim, CA. I will also be in attendance at ASSA Annual Meeting January 6-8 in New Orleans, LA.
